Wireless Networks in the South

This is a non-exhaustive list of networks using unlicensed spectrum in the south. The criteria for adding them is that they are cases where unlicensed spectrum has been used to create alternative infrastructure serving a diverse group spanning multiple physical locations. So not universities, hotels, cafes, or individual telecentres.
